Need IT instructions for class materials? Use the KB.

The IU Knowledge Base (KB) is a collection of answers to common questions about IT services and applications at IU. It’s also a key resource for instructors, both for personal and professional use.

The KB provides information for users of all skill levels, with extensive documentation of IT services at IU (including Oncourse CL, OneStart, and IU email systems), instructions for solving many common software problems, and explanations of computing terms. You can search thousands of active and archived KB documents at:

http://kb.iu.edu

The answers in the KB come from experts throughout UITS, IU, and the world, and are continually reviewed to ensure accuracy and reliability.
