* Reminder: SafeWord is retiring and migrating to OTP

In June, new OTP (one-time password) tokens will replace SafeWord cards as IU’s external authentication devices, used for secure access to institutional or sensitive data. If you use a SafeWord card to access any IU system, you’ll need to get an OTP token to continue that access. Learn more about the SafeWord/OTP migration at:

* Kuali Coeus is coming on July 23 — are you ready?

Kuali Coeus (KC) is scheduled for release in just over a month. KC provides an web based environment for development and submission of grant proposals. * IU teams with Citrix to deliver personal cloud service

IU is partnering with Citrix Systems to create a personal “cloud” service, to be called IUanyware, where IU users can access IU-licensed software and data storage as an on-demand service — anytime, anywhere, and on any PC, Mac, tablet, or smart phone regardless of location. * IU, Cornell University, and University of Cambridge launch Kuali Mobility Enterprise

The Kuali Foundation has announced Kuali Mobility Enterprise, a next generation set of tools to connect mobile devices to campus systems. The Kuali Foundation is a nonprofit founded by IU and other universities to sustain and evolve administrative software that meets the needs of all sizes of higher education institutions.
