What to do when it rains ice and snows buckets

While most students were still away for winter break, much of Indiana experienced a nasty storm. In some places, it snowed a ton. In others, it rained slush and ice and snowed several inches on top of it. Then came the polar vortex. All eight campuses were closed for a day, and six of them were closed for two.

IU has an emergency website to keep you informed about campus closures, weather conditions, and other emergencies.

Also be sure to keep your contact info current in IU-Notify. That’s how IU reaches you if there’s severe weather or an emergency on any IU campus.

To update your contact information, log into OneStart, click the dark gray Notifications tab at the top, and select IU-Notify on the left.
