What to do when you don’t know what to do

We realize you have lots of questions. IU has lots of answers. Here are avenues to explore in your search for the truth:

  • Support Center — 24/7 support of desktops, laptops, email accounts, network services, and applications via phone, chat, email, and walk-in
  • The Knowledge Base — Our own little Oracle of Tech, this is the place to go for answers to your tech questions. It’s mobile friendly and especially great for introverts because you don’t have to talk to anybody
  • Technology Center Consulting — Located in residence halls and Student Technology Centers at IU Bloomington and some regional campuses, these guys and gals are helpfully placed, well-trained tech support.
  • AskIU — You can email (AskIU@iu.edu) or call (855-IUIU) about everything from what to do if you’ve lost your Campus Access Card to how to get season tickets to sporting events.
